How do we ensure the products are Gluten Free?

Portreath Bakery has built a dedicated Bakery for the production of Gluten Free products to ensure that there is no risk of cross contamination with ingredients or products containing Gluten.

The Gluten Free Bakery operates to stringent practices and has quarantine measures in place to eradicate any risk of Gluten cross contamination.

All Gluten Free products are individually wrapped within the Gluten Free Bakery to protect the product from cross contamination once it leaves the segregated Bakery facility.
